We’re so glad you’re here. We are thrilled to open our newly updated and beautifully furnished home for your family getaway. With five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, Marco Family House is the perfect place to host a family reunion or just an incredible getaway destination for your family. You’ll have plenty of room for everyone to have their own space when not gathering around the pool* inside the expansive, fully screened in patio area.
*We have four grandchildren, so pool safety is exceptional in this home. Every door that leads to the pool has a lock mounted above 5 feet from the floor to prevent little ones from unlocking a door and heading to the pool. The home also has an alarm system that can be set to alert you when the doors are opened. The third pool safety feature is a Poolguard pool alarm, rated #1 in pool alarms by Good Housekeeping magazine.
Everything you need for the perfect vacation getaway is included. Our two story home boasts two master suites – one on each floor – plus a two car attached garage.
All linens, towels, dishes and utensils, toaster, coffee maker and more are provided for you. The open concept kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including a whisper quiet Bosch dishwasher) and a breakfast bar.
An iron and ironing board is provided. Hair dryers are in each bathroom.
Just bring your toothbrush and swimsuit!
There are HD televisions with DVRs in the first floor master suite and the family room. The second floor master suite sitting room has a 40″ flat screen television. Cable service with Hulu and Netflix are provided to ensure lots of entertainment for the whole family.
You’ll be able to stay connected as well in case you miss the outside world once in a while. Fast and dependable WiFi is present in every area of the home with a strong signal throughout.
For your comfort, our home has dual zoned heating/cooling with controls in each of the master suites. Ceiling fans are present in each bedroom as well as in the living areas and on the patio.
