“We had a fantastic spring break trip to Marco Island and we stayed at this house. My sister, her husband, and her baby all stayed in the downstairs rooms, my parents took the downstairs master suite, and my husband and I took the upstairs master suite, giving our kids the other upstairs room. The layout of the house was perfect for all of us to have our own separate areas! This home is very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the linens were all high quality. One other thing we really appreciated was that there was a bathroom that we could access from the pool or from the hallway. Kept the wet kids from walking through the house when they had to use the restroom! The house was very clean and everything felt fresh and new. We enjoyed grilling out by the pool while the kids swam. We even threw a birthday party for my dad and there was plenty of outdoor seating spaces to fit all of us plus guests. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals and I loved that everything was so open… I could keep an eye on my kids in the pool while standing at the kitchen sink. We spent a ton of time just playing in the pool but we also enjoyed going to South Beach (it is a few minutes away), going on a fishing trip (at Rose Marina), and going to Rookery Bay (great place to take kids). I’d recommend this house to large families, couples, or even a girl’s getaway… I would love to come back with my family again but maybe one day I’ll plan a girl’s trip here too!”May 7, 2016
“EXTRAORDINARY….. GORGEOUS ….. IMMACULATE ….. !!!!!”
“This home was beyond our expectations. There are two King suites, first floor is large master with soaking tub and walk-in closet on one side of the home. The second master suite is upstairs on the other side of home and this has another room sitting area and/or a two twin day bed with full bath. Upstairs is a perfect 2 bedroom suite for privacy! Downstairs are two more bedrooms and another full bathroom, door leading to the pool area. The kitchen was stocked as a gourmet cook’s dream. Top of the line appliances and with the best omelet pan in which my husband loved. We enjoyed the open floor plan of great room and kitchen. This home is suited for large gatherings and giving everyone their own private bedrooms. We specially, enjoyed opening the sliding doors to the outside screened in area with pool which, made us feel that the outdoors was extension of the home. We specially, like grilling and eating outside every night…the outside had a wonderful setting with tables for a large group. The owners, Ted and Jane had just bought the home this year so, the decorating is fresh and tastefully done. There was nothing lacking in this beautiful home. Plenty of linens and towels for the pool. Immaculately clean and felt very comfortable in this home, as if it was our own. Location, Location was perfect for restaurants, shopping, beach, fishing and activities. Our favorite restaurants are Tiki Bar, Snooks and Speak Easy a must to try all. We recommend this home for all to enjoy on Marco Island. The owners are most kind and helpful in every way. We truly, have met new friends and look forward to seeing them again.
